Works on Paper

‘Works on Paper’ returns with a fantastic gallery exhibition opportunity this winter.

Exhibit your work for one week in central London in Hampstead Art Society’s curated group exhibition.

‘Works on Paper’ can include pencil & graphite drawings, watercolour, gouache, pastels, oils, acrylics, etchings, or any other medium executed on paper.

Early bird entry:

- Enter now until September 22nd for the special discounted Early Bird submission fee of £6.

- Submission fee after Early Bird period is £10.

Exhibition will be held this winter (dates to be confirmed), with all details of selected artworks to be shared with our international collectors.

• Any medium is accepted if the work is executed on paper (This does not include photography).

• Entrance fee per work:
  
  Early bird (until September 22nd): £6
  
  From September 22nd: £10
  
  (Entry fee is non-refundable).

• Up to 6 works may be submitted.

• Works must be for sale and 40% commission is taken on sold works .

• Maximum size of artwork eligible: 50 × 50 cm

• Open internationally.

• The exhibition will be held at a central London gallery (dates TBC).

• Works selected for the exhibition cannot be removed before the end of the exhibition.

• Hampstead Art Society may reproduce any exhibited works, for the purposes of marketing, promotion, including the exhibition catalogue and subsequent publications.

• The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence can be entered into. Artists should be aware that all works are judged on an equal basis.

• Hampstead Art Society reserves the right to disqualify any piece of work if the artist has not adhered to the rules, even if the work has been selected for exhibition.

• If the frame detracts, or adds significantly greater dimensions to the artwork (than the dimensions stated on application), Hampstead Art Society reserves the right to remove artwork from the exhibition, even if it has been selected.

• Please note that judging is completed digitally. It is therefore important that the photograph uploaded by the artist is of a high quality.
